Whenever I open Outlook Express, having earlier connected to my ISP,a Dial Up
Connection box appears, elicits some squeals of protest from the modem, and
in so doing terminates the connection.A similar scenario unfurls if I try to
send a message from OE through an established link. I have to save copies of
messages in my sent folder, disconnect, and then select 'Send all
messages"whereupon OE chucks up its Dial up Connection box
again, successfully logs on and uploads my email. Outlook Express never used
to behave in such a contrary manner.I must have set an option
incorrectly.Would greatly appreciate helpin taming it again. Thanks. Bob.
