Go to Win Explorer, Tools, Folder Options, View Tab, Scroll to show hidden
files and folders, click to open.
Then go to C, Windows, you will find your Sendto folder there, just drag a
OE shortcut to that folder, you could also open the folder and delete your
Outlook shortcut. Then go back to view and hide everything again.

How do I add Outlook Express to the send to menu?
When I try to E-Mail from the MY Document Folder in WIN ME and select Send
TO It only gives an option for MS OUTLOOK which I no longer use.
