When you see you're accidentally in one of these sites use Ctrl-Alt-Delete and immediately close IE.  Then just reopen
it and go where you wanted to.  It's happened to me a couple of times and that's the only way to get out of their trap.
I then also go in and clean out my History, the Temp. Internet files and all the cookies.

You can't.  All you can do is keep clicking your
STOP and EXIT buttons as quickly as possible
and ....... hope.
