Hi 
I have been receiving the following Pop-up.

"n-CASE alert
                            WARNING
This system has detected that a third party has removed 
n-CASE, possibly without your consent. This may cause some programs not to run as expected. Please choose  an option below.
Options-
1. Re-install n-CASE so that your programs will run as expected. Requires Internet connection.
2. Leave n-CASE un-installed, and clean up any n-CASE files or settings that remain.
3. Remind me later.
                             CONTINUE"

I searched  for an n-CASE file in my system, but there isn't any. 
I keep removing the Pop-up by hitting the X in the upper right hand corner.
I have not yet engaged "CONTINUE". I am hoping to find out what this is all about before I do. 
I would appreciate any help in this.
