You just have a shortcut somewhere on your start menu that doesn't point to
anything because you uninstalled the program.  Just look for it and delete
it.  Apparently the uninstall of the program didn't delete it. I assume the
shortcut is called Willowroad .  Just search for willowroad* and you should
find a shortcut file.  Delete it.

The q240308 is a microsoft patch that's you've already installed.  I love
some of the alternatives that the search program comes up with.

I don't understand why the Gateway tech didn't figure this out.
