Ken,
Hope this will help you:
Right click on task bar and choose Properties, the Taskbar and Start Menu
Properties Box will appear. On Start Menu Tab choose Classic Start Menu,
then click on Customize, the Customize Classic Start Menu box will appear,
pull down the scroll bar to the end of the box and click to check Scroll
Programs, click OK-->Apply-->OK.
Now when you click on Start\Programs if the number of programs exceed
display on page you will see a triangle at the end of the Menu under
Programs, just click on it and you will see more programs.
But if you didn't choose Scroll Programs you will see all programs displayed
on two pages or more.
