David,

It sounds like you need to use >control panel > tweakui > 'Boot' tab.
Uncheck "Always show boot menu". And set "Continue booting after xx seconds"
to zero.  Usually, windows will only show the boot menu if there was a
problem with the previous boot. Hope this helps.
