Jim,

I have Office Outlook 2003. I'm guessing that the setting would be the same
or at least close.

Open Outlook and click on Tools> Options and select the "Mail Setup" tab. In
the "Send/Receive" section I have a treasure button that is labeled
"Send/Receive" that will open the settings you are looking for.
