Hi jan,
It should be enough just to delete your Temporary Internet Files Folder.
Don't start trying to fix things that don't need to be fixed or delete
things that don't need to be deleted. Now, if you want to get that
occache.dll file back you will have to use your system file checker.
START/RUN, type sfc and hit ok. When the program opens choose the 2nd
optiion "Extract one file from installatiion disk" then type in the name of
the file (occache.dll) . Make sure you have your windows cd.
