  Well, that's a URL.  It's not an HTTP URL, it's an FTP URL, but most
browsers know what to do with it.  They'll prompt you for login information,
if the server requires it(*), and they'll show you the available files.  A
right click on a file will usually offer you some choices like "copy this
file to a folder on your machine".

(*) There is a convention that many FTP servers allow anyone to download
stuff; if you don't have an account on the server, use "anonymous" and
supply your email address as the password.  Some browsers will try this for
you automatically, and only prompt if the server doesn't accept that.
