Actually, there is not singel server for windowsupdate.microsoft.com
This end of world and this netork it is actually 
windowsupdate.microsoft.nsatc.net with ip number 207.68.131.*
where * is somethin between 17-23 (abuot 10 try). Tested from nslookup 
from web and some name server give it is alias for 
windowsupdate.microsoft.com.websource.com. Interestingly 
ns.websource.com nameserver gives first servers.
It seems that part of server are in Verisign network.  

So if you cant accsess to windowsupdate contact you provider.
