Not that I'm aware of. Downloading any HTML formatted email exposes you to
all the possible dire consequences of embedded items. It's not just
Incredimail that can do damage, though its inherent format increases this risk.

You can probably filter Incredimail out, depending on your email client, by
setting appropriate filter parameters.
