Hi Larry and everyone else,
No, it is not a question of ISP's as the account in question is a free one you
get on the web. You can read, write and send mails online usually (which I can
do now as well - but is out of question as too expensive to stay online for
writing mails) but it works via Outlook Express -  POP3/SMTP - as well.
