Krismaa,

By system requirements do you mean resources? If so it sounds like you are
loading to many programs at startup. If you are running Win98, there is a
nice system utility that allows you to stop these programs from loading. It
is accessed by typing "msconfig" , without the quotes, at the run command
from the start menu or through the START/PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/SYSTEM
TOOLS/SYSTEM INFORMATION, click on "Tools", from the drop down menu select
"System Configuration Utility". Click on the "Startup" tab and then click
in the appropriate box to deselect the item to stop it from loading at
startup. Click the apply button and you will be prompted to reboot to have
the changes take effect. Older programs will have entries in the Win.ini
under the load or run line, which can also be accessed from the system
configuration Tool
using the Win.ini tab and selecting the "+" sign next to windows to expand.
Check the load and run lines to see if any program is loading here. Some
programs like virus checkers also allow you to select within the program
whether to load them at start up or not.

If you are running Win95 then you will have to use the Program itself,
"sysedit" at the run command from the startup menu which will allow you to
edit the Win.ini or edit the registry. You can also right click on the icon
in the task bar and select to close the program.

Verify which programs you decide not to load to make sure that they are not
programs needed by windows
