Hi there everyone:

My machine is a Gateway 500Mhz, 128 RAM, 32Mb Video RAM, 13.6
Gig HD running Win98 Second Edition.with Internet Explorer
5.00.2614.3500 .

In Internet Explorer the "Standard Buttons" Bar (Stop,Refresh etc.) is
greyed out and color only appears when the cursor hovers over a button.
Otherwise IE5 performs well.

Will some please enlighten me how to rectify this mild but persistent
annoyance.
