I never had a problem opening my emails with an attachment until a few days ago.  I get the following message when I try to do so:

"This application has failed to start because MSVCP90.dll was not found.  Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

I have Windows XL, Outlook Express

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
