Hello...

Are you using an updated CD driver for Windows 95? This occured a while
back when I updated to Win 95...I had a DOS driver for my CD-ROM (a
Panasonic/Matshushita 4X, since upgraded to 24X) while running in Win
3.1...located the DOS driver, and installed an updated version for Win
95...then the messages disappeared!

If you used DOS at one point, direct the file MSCDEX.EXE (if you are using
it) to the version found in your windows directory, not the one in your old
DOS directory...

same goes for the CD-ROM driver found in your config.sys file (i.e. called
CDdriver.sys or SBIDE.sys or something to that effect, depending on your
manufacturer of your CD-ROM)

It also could be your sound card or video card drivers are outdated, but I'd
check the CD-ROM driver first.

let me know what you find.
