Not sure what you have in mind, but you could create your own portal with
hyper links to search engines, news and weather and the sites you want to
choose from. I'm pretty limited in scripting, so I'm not sure how you could
get random sites to come up. This could all be written in straight HTML code
in a text editor (which would be a pain) or you could download AOL Press or
some other shareware or freeware to do this kind of basic layout.
