I am having this "recent" problem with the page size whenever I open an html
file online or offline [IE4, win95]. The page comes Maximized with the
following peculiarities:
- vertical scroll bar not visible
- Page's STATUS bar hiding behind the main TASK bar
- close, minimize, and restore/maximize buttons not visible

To get things back to normal, I must hide/unhide the main TASK bar!
I am not sure if saying so has a bearing (?): I installed KATIESOFT
[www.katiesoft.com] few days ago.
