Hello,
We recently built a computer and installed and began running Windows XP last
weekend for the first time. My teenage son put himself as Administrator
since he built the computer and maintains it. My son moved the message store
folder to C/:AllUsers/Documents and Settings/Emails hoping everyone in the
family could access the same messages (As a family. we share 1 common email
account) However we are finding that only my son can send and receive
emails and have full access to all folders in Outlook Express, while the
rest of the family who are listed as limited users cannot access email at
all. When limited users attempt to open Outlook Express, we get "Outlook
Express cannot be started. Unable to open message store. Possible casues:
Out of memory or disk full. (Ox800C012E,5)", followed by "Outlook Express
could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be initianlized. OE may not
be installed correctly".
What settings do we need to change in order for all 6 of us to have full use
of Outlook Express?
Thank you,
Jared
