I use Win95 at home, and Win 98 on some of the machines at work, Win95 on
others. I have been using Win95 Briefcase to transport files between home
and work on a floppy, working on the files in both places, and syncing them
up with the files on the machine at home. This has worked fine if I use
the Win95 machine in my office, but . . .
If I try to use the Win98 machine in another office to work on the files,
the floppy will open, but the briefcase will not. Whether I try to use
Windows Explorer or My Computer to open the Briefcase, I get the message,
"Action cancelled. Internet Explorer cannot find ..." [I don't recall the
rest of the message]
in an Internet Explorer window.
What, if anything, am I doing wrong?
