As far as I know there is no single utility which will prevent ALL trojans and correspondingly there is no single removal tool.

both come in different flavours if you like!

for browser hijacking(where your home page if any set, gets changed to a different address and you are simply unable to remove this address)a utility called "HIJACK THIS" has been found very useful.so it all depends on the type of trojan your system is infected with.
