I had a problem writing CD-RW disks with my HP DVD-100i writer (supports
CD-R, CD-RW, and DVD+RW). After talking to tech support, we finally
determined that the media was poor quality. I then tried Verbatim CD-RW
media, and all is well. If this is a high speed writer (> 4X), make sure
you get high speed media.
