No Doug, I haven't changed the path of anything to that extent. All I do
with this folder, which I burn to CD every two-three weeks, is to upgrade
some of the files and add the odd new one.
And if I add any new files or folders, I pre-check them to ensure that the
64 character limit isn't exceeded.
BTW, as far as I'm aware, the path doesn't enter the equation, only the
filename length.
As I said, the thing that bugs me is not that EasyCD has stopped warning me
of over-length filenames; it hasn't.
But what is HAS stopped doing is specifying and naming any such files, and
then, if I agree, arranging for their truncation.
Plus, when it's reported the presence of over-length filenames, I've been
unable to find them. And I've gone through the folders with a fine-toothed
comb.
