I have IE3.02, NS3.03 and Opera 3.21 all on 1 disk, 1 partition.
Absolutely no problems, except that IE bookmarks always call
Opera, which can't happen in your setup.
To speed up your access, think about trying the freeware
version of Netsonic from http://www.web3000.com/ .  In addition
to its other advantages, it will use a common cache for at least
IE3 and NS3.  I don't know though, what it will do with IE4 and NS4.
