Hello everyone,
I sent this email yesterday but haven't seen it go to the moderator so I'm sending it again.
I recently started receiving pop-ups that on the title bar says '....Advertisement by OuterInfo'.  I am using POW as a pop-up blocker.  When you open POW you usually get a listing of all windows currently open in IE.  However any active window from OuterInfo never show up.  Does anyone know how I can block this pop-up or get rid of what is causing these to come up?  I'm running XP home with SP2 and all updates.  I also run AVG AV, AdAware, Spybot, and A-squared.  I recently did a repair to my system after it started to hang every now and then when I rebooted.  After doing the repair I updated all the above software and ran them but I still can't resolve the problem that OuterInfo is causing.  Any help on resolving this would certainly be appreciated.
