You can STILL use your AOL account through another ISP. At a local company, I
set them up with DSL from Concentric, and one of the users still uses her AOL
account through the DSL.
I think you can login to AOL, or call them to change to an internet access style
account, you won't need dial-up. I think it is cheaper, but it still costs.
However, if you want to only have ONE ISP including mailboxes, we hosting, etc,
then you would probably want to switch everything over. Someone else may have
input on doing that.
