Have yoiu gone to www.windowsupdate.com and downloaded the 5.1 upgrade?  I
would start there...

IE5.0 (provided on an MSN CD I got at Comdex last october in Montreal) is
set up to check for a new version of a page EVERY time I visit this (or any
other) page, but it doesn't.  Netscape 4.7 works really fine and DOES
refresh the page when I "ask" for it.
