Normally I would be wary too, but in today's world
you will find many good things free of charge. The reason
is simple. Those who give free things want people to come
to their site to get familiar with their "pay for" products.
In other cases, they want people to view the advertizing on
their web pages. In either case, it pays for them to offer
some things free of charge.
As for InoculateIT Personal Edition, it works great
and even got a good writeup in the PC World magazine.
