The underlying question regarding "Year 2000 compliance" is:
        Will the application perform the correct calculations on a
date?

Since DOS is an operating system and not an application, the Y2K issue
does not apply.  The real question you need answered is:
        "Will my dos APPLICATIONS  be Y2K compliant?"
