I am having trouble setting restore points in System Restore. This just started recently and I have not made any major changes to my computer.
I am running Win 7 and it ran without any problems up until now.
I get an error stating the following:
"The shadow copy provided timed out while flushing data to the volume being shadow copied. This is probably due to excessive activity on the volume. Try again later when the volume is not being used so heavily. (0x80042313)"
 
I have no idea what they are talking about. 
 
Has anyone had this type of problem and can anyone figure out what is wrong and any suggestion on correcting the problem.
 
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
