I'm using XP and Windows Movie Maker, which game on my computer.  I found
that the file it creates from my Camcorder video is in the WMV format,
which my Mintek DVD player can't play.  I'd like to either get an encoder
or something that would change the format to MPG2, which is smaller than
MPG1 or AVI.  I'm looking for a free program I can download.

Also, Easy CD Creator 5 can't make a video CD because it's looking for
MPEG files, which I don't have.  How do I make those?
