Since you didn't say what program it is, you probably won't get
a very specific answer.

First of all, remember that most software is licensed for a single
user only.  You may need to purchase additional copies of the license.

Also remember that not all software is networkable OR multi-user
capable,
especially DOS and earlier Win3.x programs.

Now on to your question... it depends on what piece of software it
is.  They each do it a little differently.  Look on the CD for an
ADMIN folder, it will have the files and docs to explain how to
do it.  Also, try searching the on-line help for words like
NETWORK or ADMINISTRATION or MULTI-USER.
