Are their any known compatibility or installation problems associated with
these programs and Win95B or Win98.

I have a laptop with Win95b,IE3.0,Office95 and a desktop with Win98
Beta3,IE4.0,Office95,Outlook98.

I'm planning the following upgrades:
        Laptop, upgrade to Office97.
        Desktop, upgrade to Office97 and Released Version of Win98.

I'm being told their may be compatibility problems between IE4.0 and
Office97. Also that Office97 will install Outlook97 and disable Outlook98.
Are these known issues or should I proceed as planned?
