Hello,
   I was wondering if anyone had the same problems as I do in the past. On a
user's pc he has Outlook 97. Every once in a while he will open up a message
and the cursor will turn into a small envelope and the actual pointer or
arrow will be gone. Once this happens , Outlook will lock up and you can't
do anything unless you ctr,alt,del and manually close Outlook. It won't lock
the pc up completely just outlook. I've went in anc changed the pointer
option to " None" and it still does it. Only on occasion. I've scanned the
pc for viruses every time it's happen ( of course with the newest dat sig
files) and nothing comes up. Has anyone experienced this before ??
