Try going to Symantec's FTP site and seeing if the updated version of apitrap.dll is still there. Apitrap.dll is a file from the older version of CleanSweep (CleanSweep 95) and is known to cause these errors.
If the file isn't there any more you can either update CleanSweep or stop it from loading during startup.
