Check the following setting.
Start your MSOE ver 5 mail program...
Click on Tools, Accounts, and select the Account not
being "picked-up".
Make sure there is a check mark in the box that says
"Include this account when receiving mail.......)

e-mail I have w/Iwon. In order to get my messages I have to go into tools & send & receive & hit that address (default) to get them.
