Never install anything that doesn't properly identify itself. Unless you 
enjoy playing Russian Roulette.

If Winpatrol (a highly respected program which I use myself) is continually 
alerting you, you'll need to trace the source. Most likely you have a 
trojan and you need to do a full scan with Windows Defender,  Spybot, 
AdAware and whatever other anti-spyware you have, to eliminate 
it.  Winpatrol alone is not sufficient protection.
