There is no .exe file associated with the Office Shortcut bar, at least not
so that you can simply make a shortcut to it. There is also no single .exe
for Office, since it's a suite of programs. According to the Help, you
actually have to re-run Office Setup in order to make it appear again. The
easiest way to do that is to go to Control Panel, Add/remove programs,
select Office, and when the setup runs, select the option to reinstall with
your previous settings.
