The popular freeware app VLC (http://www.videolan.org/vlc/) would play
it, along with many other formats. Another option would be to mount the
image (iso, bin/cue, etc) onto a virtual drive; it would then autoplay
like any other media you insert into your ROM drives. Daemon Tools
(http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/download.php?mode=ViewCategory&catid=5),
another favorite freeware app is ideal for this.
