I have a requirement to send multiple emails from Outlook Express where
the addresses stored in a field in MS Access database. The list of
addresses needs to be filtered by two other Access fields to get the
email addresses required.

Is it better to automate this procedure in Outlook or Access and how do
I get the addresses across to Outlook and in what form?
