This seems to happen more with Vista and Windows 7. You can overcome the
problem by taking ownership of the destination folder. The easiest way to do
this is to add "take ownership" to your right click menu in Windows
Explorer. Here are a couple of links that may help:

I am trying to transfer files from my old computer saved on CD to the
hard drive of my new computer and I frequently receive the message
that I do not have permission to save in this location (Word to Word)
and I need Administrative permission. How do I get permission since I
am the only person using this computer and I am the Administrator?
