Netscape has never entered this conversation
until Alan mentioned it.  It has always been
about IE 5.  Just as the subject indicates.

In my copy of IE5, when I click
START - IMPORT AND EXPORT ----
the last step of the wizard has bookmarks.htm already
listed as the destination name (hence my use of the words
"default filename") but it does have a BROWSE button to
change both the location and name of the file.
