Whatever happened to removing the CMOS battery for 24 hours? Doesn't that work? Just a thought.

  What if you have already lost your password and can't get back in. Someone
  else installed the window 2000 and I can't get in touch with them and I
  don't know what they used. I was told I needed to buy some type of utility
  or something. Could you tell me more about this and where do I get it? I
