My version of Nero warns me of Full Pathnames that exceed 64 characters,
including all the folders and subfolders, not just the filename itself.

I would try two easy tests. First, make a test file with a very long name
and test to see if EasyCD still detects it. Second, move some of your real
files to a shorter path, and see if EasyCD accepts them now as legal.

Thanks Paul.

Yes, the full path length would easily exceed 64 characters. But I don't
think the path length is included in the Joliet 64 character restriction;
AFAIK it's a filename restriction only.

The annoying thing is though, that the EasyCD program used to tell me WHICH
filenames had exceeded the 64 character limit, and then offer to truncate
them.

Now, it doesn't do that - it only tells me that there's been an
infringement. Which I don't believe is true - I've checked every one of the
200 or so files and none come even close to 64 character filenames.

Durned annoying!
