for freeware you could try xplorer2 lite version

For a paid program there is nothing as quick, full featured, fast,
well thought out, and useful as Opus 9.5. http://www.gpsoft.com.au/
There is a bit of earning curve for all the advanced features, but it
is well worth the time, and the price of a registered version. The
only downside is that it might be a little overwhelming. It is an
enthusiast application. There is no file management task Opus can not
do if you are willing to take the time to learn how to use it. It is
Powerdesk times 10.
Opus is available as a full feature 30 day trial, and right now
they are having a 30 percent off sale. I could not work productively,
in windows, without Opus 9.5.
