Jan,
Go to your Windows CONTROL PANEL and select the
ADD/REMOVE SOFTWARE icon.
Now select IE5 and click the ADD/REMOVE button.
On the next screen, click the top option to
ADD NEW COMPONENTS. Now click the
checkmark for the MS VIRTUAL MACHINE (and
any other options you want).
Finally click the NEXT button and continue following
the directions.
