Here's a wonderful little program named 'SmartCleaner'
http://www.scaramouch.com/en_home.asp that will help rid your HD of many
types of temp files - including the ones that seem to be bothering you in
the /temp internet files folder. I use it to delete those files once a week,
and have never had any known related problems. Hope this helps.
