XP works with permissions. Do you have the disk for your printer? Sometime
there is one for Win98 and XP. You might try uninstalling and re-installing.

Subject: [PCSOFT] outlook & windows XP printing ?

I have windows XP and I am using outlook 2000 SR -- I am trying to
print my address book in medium BOOK format. I used to be able to do this in
Windows 98 and outlook 2000. Now, not only can't I print 2-sided (which I
used to be able
to do) I can't print in booklet form. The pages print in order (for
example -- pages 1, 2, 3, 4 on one page rather than pages 1, 2, 55, 56 on
one page so I could cut the pages in half and have the booklet ready for
use.)

ANY thoughts? my printer is the same printer (hp 722C -- which HP swears
could never print 2-sided -- but I have the booklets to prove that it did!)
and the only thing that has changed is Windows XP...

thanks!
