Hello Jagpal,

I use the Google Toolbar with good results. It stops the majority of them
for me. An occasional pop-under will slip past it. Like malware, no one
program will stop all of them so rather than install several I accept the
few it does miss and quickly kill them with a two finger Alt+Space+C. I also
stopped the Windows Messenger Service with Steve Gibson's "Kill The
Messenger" though I never noticed it to be an avenue for popups.
